Does Diemono affect bleeding? Does Diemono affect ovulation? When does Diemono start working?

Hi the drug diemono has been using for more than a month, this month I did not get menstruation now should be fertile days and begins abdominal pain, ovaries and pain in the nodule. Is it possible that the drug stopped menstruation but ovulation did not? Is it possible to ovulate as I did not have menstruation? When does the drug really start to work? Thank you for your reply

During the use of the preparation, changes in the bleeding profile may occur. For example, the intensity of bleeding may change or bleeding may not occur at all. The drug may affect ovulation. This is not an obligatory action. The relationship between bleeding and ovulation is that ovulation should occur first, followed by bleeding. Ovulation is before bleeding, not the other way around. It is likely that the previous cycle was anovulatory and therefore no bleeding occurred. In this cycle, it may be different. If you use Diemono, keep in mind that it is not a contraceptive. During the use of the drug, other, non-hormonal methods of pregnancy prevention should be used: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/99981/diemono-tabletki-powlekane/ulotka/248907 In most of the described cases, the effectiveness of the preparation after 3 months of regular use was evaluated. Improvement was achieved in more than 50% of patients. With the extension of the duration of therapy, improvement was achieved in an increasing percentage of patients.
