Can there be scanty and brown-coloured spotting when using Orgametril?

Good morning, For 3 months I have been taking the drug orgamentil for a cyst on the ovary. I take from the 16th to the 26th day of the cycle. So far, everything has been fine. However, this month the menstruation was very scanty - brown in color. Is this the result of taking Orgamentil? Should I start worrying.

Orgametril can cause amenorrhea. This is one of the side effects of the drug.
