Hello for more than a month of time I appeared discomfort in the mouth. I have a problem with the lower one from the inner side at the very top of the tooth I have the impression as if a little crumbled or split (I do not know if it is possible at all) and there are tiny dark lines on this tooth slightly visible them but I feel that something is wrong or something serious? Of course, I'm going to the dentist but I'd like to know now what it could be. Please advise.
