When increasing the dose of the drug, these types of side effects often appear. If they are very bothersome, then a smaller dose is usually used and increased only after the time when the body "gets used to it". It is best to report the situation to the attending physician, especially since the dose increase occurred quite quickly. According to the manufacturer's recommendations, the dose of 0.25 mg / 1 x week should be used for 4 weeks and only after this time increase to 0.5 mg / 1 x week. I remind you that the drug should be used simultaneously with a change in eating habits and physical activity.
