Should I follow my doctor's instructions?

Hello. I was diagnosed with esophagitis and gastritis (helicobacterium and erosion). Prescribed drugs: Pylera (10 days), prokit (3 times a day for a month) and Zublex (in the morning on anchoic for 2 months). I finished Pylera, I am after 3 weeks of taking Zulbex and prokit. For two days I have been tired of severe diarrhea and temperature, so persistent that I beat it alternately Paracetamol and Ibum. On the language, its lateral part appeared as if a bladder. I have abdominal cramps. The family doctor just prescribed me 3x4 Stoperan and Biseptol (2x1). He doesn't want to take another antibiotic. My questions: 1. Does Biseptol really seem necessary? 2. I read that Zulbex - protein pump inhibitors can promote colitis, facilitate infection with bactria, e.g. Clostridium diccicile. Should I wean Zulbex? 3. Or maybe I have a regular viral infection? Please help ....
