Can I use Duphaston and Exacyl at the same time?

Hello, well, menstruation has been going on for almost two weeks and the gynecologist has prescribed me Exacyl and I have to take it until the bleeding subsides and from the 16th day of the cycle I have to take Duphastion. So exactly in 4 days I have to start taking. From all this, I forgot to ask what if the bleeding does not subside by this 16th day of the cycle and I have to start taking the second drug. Can I use both of these drugs in this case?
