Zgodnie z zaleceniami producenta - syrop Bobolen Porost Islandzki nie jest przeznaczony do podawania dzieciom poniżej 1 roku życia.
Preparat można podać młodszemu dziecku wyłącznie po konsultacji z lekarzem i w zaleconej przez niego dawce. Jest to zastosowanie leku poza wskazaniami, czyli "off-label", o czym pisaliśmy tutaj:
