With inflammation in the body, if a woman gets pregnant, will everything be fine?

Hello. I've been growing OB for a year. First I had 2 then 3, 5 and now 7... CRP 0.5. I also have the above norms eosinophils once 8 times 6. White blood cells 8 (norm to 10) Previously I had a deficiency of D3 only 26 now I have D3 80. The remaining results in the norm. Tests tsh, ft3 , ft4 also in the norm. Is this inflammation not related to the spine (I have some foci of inflammation, degeneration, discopathies, etc.) or Lyme disease experienced 2 years ago? With inflammation in the body, if a woman becomes pregnant, will everything be fine?
