What can be the cause of bleeding when taking active tablets (10 day) Axia Conti?

Hello Tablets Axia Conti I have been taking for 7 months (without skipping , diarrhea and vomiting ) . So far, I have not felt any discomfort associated with taking hormonal contraception. The last bleeding that continues so far occurred when taking active tablets (10 days), so far it lasted a maximum of 4 days. Bleeding is heavy, I feel pain in the lower abdomen and at night I feel a slight nausea. I have a visit to the gynecologist only in 2 days What can be the reason for this?
