What can cause lower abdominal pain after the end of menstruation, if as a result of ultrasound everything is in order?

Good morning, I have a question. For 2 months, immediately after the end of menstruation, I have lower abdominal pain. A bit like gentle uterine contractions before menstruation. I have already been to the gynecologist and I had an ultrasound and everything is fine. I have no other ailments. What can cause such discomfort?
