Ivermectin will reduce the symptoms of demodicosis, but will not completely remove the parasite. Therefore, further courses of treatment are needed after about 2 weeks. Demodicosis will come back in hot weather, when we sweat, even before the symptoms worsen, you can take a small dose. In addition to ivermectin tablets in posela, it is also in soolantra ointment, prescription.

Według informacji zawartych w Karcie Charakterystyki Produktu Leczniczego Posela nie działa na dorosłe osobniki. Proszę pamiętać, że lek Posela nie został zarejestrowany do terapii nużycy, a jedynie strongyloidozy jelitowej, filariozy oraz świerzbu.
