Should Tabex be discontinued before performing laboratory tests?

Good morning, I would ask for information whether tabex has an impact on the results of blood tests. I have to do a package of tests before the operation and I wonder if I should stop tabex, e.g. two days before taking blood.

Preparat Tabex zawiera cytyzynę, to alkaloid pobudzający autonomiczny układ nerwowy w sposób podobny jak nikotyna.
W skład tabletek wchodzą również m.in laktoza, alkohol poliwinylowy. W związku z tym nie możemy w 100% wykluczyć, że nie wpłynie to na wartości wyników badań, m.in glikemii. W związku z tym dla bezpieczeństwa lepiej byłoby odstawić preparat na min 24h przed badaniem.
