How to combine minerals so that there is no interaction?

I am interested in the assimilation/ absorption of minerals and their interaction. Is it a good idea to eat natural yogurt (as your last meal) along with chopped dark chocolate and a few nuts? The idea is that the calcium in yogurt can interfere with the magnesium in chocolate. So I wonder if it makes sense, and I want to provide the body with both minerals. Another thing is magnesium supplementation. I consume Katelin MagB6 and because I read somewhere that magnesium is best consumed in the evening, I do so. But does it make sense with this yogurt (calcium)? Once I also supplemented selenium (for the night) but I read that it should be taken in the morning, on an empty stomach. Then it is best absorbed. So what to combine and when, and what not?
