Can I take flucofast when I take amitriptyline?

good morning, for several days he has been taking amitriptyline at a dose of 10 mg in the evening. in connection with a vaginal infection I was discharged flucofast 200 mg for 7 days. I forgot to mention to the doctor that I started taking amitriptyline, now I read in the leaflet that these drugs interact with each other. can I take them safely one day, e.g. in the evening and then flucofast in the morning, or is it better not to risk it? the problem is that the local treatment of ringworm is not very effective for me.
