Should I take a break for menstruation after 21 days of taking Juvinelle or take it without interruption, as in the leaflet?

Good morning. I have been using cyclo progynova for a long time, I have low estrogen levels and menopausal symptoms, but I still menstruate. Due to the unavailability of the drug, the gynecologist issued a prescription for the replacement drug Juvinelle. I bought and today I should start the packaging. I read in the leaflet that it is a drug for non-susing women. The doctor knows he's menstruating. My question, take a break after 21 days for menstruation or take it without interruption as in a leaflet?

Jeśli nie otrzymała Pani żadnych innych zaleceń od lekarza, Juvinelle należy przyjmować zgodnie z ulotką, czyli kolejne kalendarzowe opakowanie leku należy rozpocząć dzień po zakończeniu bieżącego. Nie należy robić przerw między opakowaniami.

W przypadku wątpliwości dotyczącej zastosowanej terapii, należy rozwiewać je bezpośrednio w rozmowie z lekarzem, który ją zalecił.
