Can I use expectorant when I take Macromax and Septolete?

Hi I use macromax 500mg due to nasal congestion and hoarseness in addition to this, the doctor recommended siping the casing and septolete ultra . I have a problem with the deformation of secretions whether I can use some light syrup for children and whether I can use inhalations on drops healthy nature these are drops for steam inhalations. Are there any interventions combining all these drugs?
