Isn't 500 mg of azithromycin too high a dose for a 37 kg child?
A child weight of 37kg got Azycyne 500mg is it not too large a dose? In the leaflet writes dosage from 45kg.

Dawka leku z azytromycyną dobierana jest nie tylko do wagi pacjenta, ale również do choroby, z powodu której lek jest stosowany, np. w zakażeniach górnych i dolnych dróg oddechowych, zapaleniu ucha środkowego, zakażeniach skóry i tkanek miękkich (z wyjątkiem rumienia wędrującego) dawka wynosi 10 mg/kg mc. raz na dobę, a w przypadku rumienia wędrującego 20 mg/kg mc. pierwszego dnia, następnie 10 mg/kg mc. raz na dobę.
Pani wpis nie zawiera informacji, na co choruje dziecko, zatem nie daje możliwości bezpośredniego przeliczenia dawki.
