Hi, the doctor has written out the antiemetic Zofran in syrup 4mg, however, nowhere is available. Can a pharmacist reassce to order Zofran 4mg tablets in pharmacies?

Zgodnie z §5 rozporządzenia w sprawie zapotrzebowań oraz wydawania z apteki produktów leczniczych, środków spożywczych specjalnego przeznaczenia żywieniowego i wyrobów medycznych dopuszcza się wydanie z apteki produktu leczniczego o postaci innej niż określona na recepcie, pod warunkiem że nie wpłynie to na bezpieczeństwo lub skuteczność stosowania produktu leczniczego. Warto skontaktować się z lekarzem i upewnić się co do ewentualnej zmiany dawkowania leku.
