Can Falvit's mom be crushed? Are there any replacements for this supplement?
Good morning, I'm 6 weeks pregnant and I got a Falvit mom dietary supplement – unfortunately I'm not able to swallow it. Before the last days I divided the guillotine tablet into several pieces, but I am afraid that then the supplement will not work. Are there any other ways to take this tablet? Be other supplements with a similar composition eg to dissolve in water?

Falvit mama to tabletki powlekane, które można ewentualnie pokruszyć (w aptekach są dostępne specjalne kruszarki do tabletek), a ich skuteczność nie zostanie zmniejszona. Inne suplementy dla kobiet w ciąży, np. pod postacią kapsułek łatwiejszych do połknięcia, można sprawdzić tutaj:
