In what order should I take Syndi-35 tablets?

I got Syndi-35 tablets to lower androstenedion levels and fight acne. The gynecologist said only that I should take from the first day of menstruation for 21 days. I also saw on the leaflet that the tablets are signed from the day of the week, so my question is - if I get menstruation, for example, on Wednesday, whether the tablets should start with the first of the blister (signed as Monday) or from 3 of the blister (as Wednesday). Does it matter? All I know is that if I take it on Wednesday, i'll start the next pack on Wednesday as well. Thank you in advance for your reply.
