Can I safely take a second dose of Pfizer?

Hi, about 10-15 min after taking the first dose of Pfizer 04.06 I had a pre-fainting condition, dark circles in front of my eyes, impaired hearing and low pressure. From the 2nd day after vaccination I had severe headaches, cervical spine for 14 days and for 20 days pain in the calf muscles. I am a regular and intensively exercised person and had no problems with calf pain or spine before vaccination. I was at the internist's doctor commissioned an X-ray of the cervical spine, cervical lordosis was removed, the doctor did not comment on the NOP or on the adoption of a second dose of the vaccine. Vaccination I have 9.07, currently I feel even a slight pain in the spine, I am afraid of the second dose, can I safely take the second dose of Pfizer? Best regards
