Can Flunarizinum cause increased heart rate, pulsation in the ears and chest?

Good morning, I have been taking Flunarizinum for a few days now, that night I had the impression of an increased heart rate- according to the measurement, the heart rate slightly deviates from my usual heart rate, while still within the norm. I felt a kind of pulsation in my ears or chest. Similar symptoms first occurred in me after taking Fevarin, then associated with dizziness. Not long after, I finished treatment with this drug. A few weeks later, I had the same symptom (palpitations, anecdotal measurements), but the only possible cause at the time was severe stress. Is it possible that this time this symptom occurred through the use of Flunarizinum WZF? Should I wait for the symptom to pass, or contact my doctor about a change in the medicine? Or should I diagnose this particular symptom?
