From what I've read, you can open it, pour it out on a spoon and wash it down with water or add it to food
I'm pouring it out because the capsules (gelatin and cellulose) make my stomach hurt. The only capsules I tolerate are those made of pullulan, and multilac does not come in this form or in any other.
