Why should Broncho-Vaxom be used on an empty stomach?

Why do you need to give the drug on an empty stomach? In the case of my daughter, this is quite problematic, because in the morning she still drinks from her breasts... 1-2 hours after breast-feeding. Could it have any side effects or weaken the effect?
