Should I continue using Izovag during spotting before menstruation?

Izovag revaginal drug, I took the first dose and there was seminthing unfortunately do not know if it is already for menstruation or maybe from the drug? Please hint if I should continue if it is small or not?

Dotychczas nie zgłaszano, aby lek Izovag wywoływał krwawienia z pochwy. W przypadku, gdy otwarła Pani tubkę leku, należy ją zużyć w ciągu 7 dni. Wystąpienie plamienia może spowodować osłabienie działania leku. W przypadku wystąpienia miesiączki nie należy stosować leku. Prawdopodobnie również w przypadku plamienia należy zaprzestać stosowania preparatu:
