Can I get vaccinated against COVID-19 if I use Alvesco?

Today I have a deadline for vaccination with Pfizer vaccine, however, I read with a contraindication are immunosuppressants. He has been taking the steroid Alvesco for several years. Should I cancel the vaccination?

Nie ma przeciwwskazań do zaszczepienia się przeciwko COVID-19 przy stosowaniu leku Alvesco.

Należy poinformować osobę kwalifikującą o wszystkich stosowanych lekach i suplementach diety.

Stosowanie leków immunosupresyjnych może spowodować osłabienie odpowiedzi immunologicznej na zastosowanie szczepionki.

Alvesco stosowane miejscowo w niskich dawkach ma niewielki wpływ na układ immunologiczny.

Natomiast czasowym przeciwwskazaniem do szczepienia jest wystąpienie zaostrzenia choroby podstawowej (np. astmy) i w takim przypadku zaleca się konsultację z lekarzem prowadzącym.
