W obu produktach znajduje się żelazo oraz kwas foliowy. Dodatkowo w preparacie Falvit mama jest obecna witamina C, która może zwiększyć wchłanianie żelaza, a przez to nasilać jego działanie. Jeżeli występuje u Pani niedobór tego pierwiastka, wówczas jest to korzystny efekt. Zaleca się jednak konsultację z lekarzem przed przyjęciem obu preparatów.
