What to do with recurrent ulcers?

Since December, the boy still has ulcers on his buttocks. There were already 8 of them. They cause a lot of pain, fever. He was given an antibiotic and a "vaccine" and tablets. However, nothing works. The ulcers are very large, two had cut out by the surgeon. But they're still coming back. We no longer know what to do, we use compresses from soda and gyvanol (recommended by a doctor). What else can we use to make them disappear and recover faster?
