May irregular spotting occur after starting Femoston Mite?

I was prescribed Femoston Mite for too low estradiol and menstruation adjustment. It will be not a whole week since the use of the drug, and i have a slight spotting with blood. Should I be concerned about that? Or stop using the drug?

Stosowanie preparatu Femoston Mite może wiązać się w przeciągu pierwszych 6 miesięcy z występowaniem nieregularnych krwawień i plamień. Jest to okres adaptacyjny do stosowania preparatu hormonalnego.

Jeżeli nieregularne krwawienia będą się utrzymywały dłużej niż pierwsze 6 miesięcy stosowanie leku lub będą intensywne, zachęcam do konsultacji z lekarzem ginekologiem:
