Tabletki leku Siofor nie są tabletkami musującymi, dlatego nie wolno ich rozpuszczać w wodzie i pić przygotowanego roztworu.
Tabletki należy połykać w całości, z posiłkiem lub po posiłku, popijając odpowiednią ilością płynu - zaleca się szklankę wody 200 ml.
Linia podziału na tabletce tylko ułatwia jej rozkruszenie w celu łatwiejszego połknięcia.
