Can pain on the left side at ovarian height and a tad higher and gently on the right side be associated with bleeding or so-called sourdourdems after vomiting?

Hi, yesterday I struggled with diarrhea and vomiting- today it is already better, passed and s sleeped all night. I also got withdrawal bleeding scheduled yesterday. Today there was pain on the left side at the height of the ovary and a tad higher and gently on the right side. It intensifies when he gets up, sits down, sneezes (when he performs activities). Could this be related to bleeding or so-called sourdourdems after vomiting? When I pull my stomach it "feels" this pain.
