A lack of menstruation, vomiting, abdominal pain - can they indicate pregnancy?

Hi I have a little problem currently in the Netherlands and here only started my problems with the abdomen and other organs. Already in Poland I missed the month but I did not do a test because I was afraid of another claim, a few days before i went to the Netherlands I had a lot of nerves and stresses and started vomiting with me whatever I ate whatever I drank I vomited all even with ordinary water when we left everything much intensified at this point I do not have more than 2 months vomiting I have practically every day breathing problems soe appeared sometimes hard is me to catch breathing plus belly a little pobolewa the worst part is that after a lot of effort as clothes and go to the store walking feels jal I ran a marathon what it can be caused? Is it possible in order for this to be a pregnancy?
