Could I get pregnant with Azycine and contraception?

Good morning. I have been taking Vixpo contraception for half a year. On February 18, I got an antibiotic called azycin. The period I got on Sunday , 6 tablets before placebo. The gynecologist on Monday advised to take 4 placebo tablets. Then continue with the pink tablets. Summing up the antibiotic on February 18, february 23, the first placebo tablet (so far I have taken pink tablets). I had an intermittent relationship on March 1 (the third day of taking the pink tablet). Is there a chance That I could get pregnant? Do placebo tablets count as a lack of any contraception in this case?
