Can lower abdominal pain be a side effect of changing birth control pills?
Can lower abdominal pain be a side effect of changing birth control pills? The situation looks like that I was taking Orlifique which probably caused me pain in the ovaries and lower abdomen,tablets the doctor changed me to Vibin Mini and I am just at the end of 3 week 1 blister. The pain practically subsided, however, still sometimes feels a slight pain in the lower abdomen,similar to that before menstruation. Could it be a matter of changing hormones? I do not know what other causes may be and whether there is cause for concern.

Na ten moment właśnie ból jajników nie jest duży,zazwyczaj jest to ból podbrzusza(bardziej na środku,lub calego) tak jak przed okresem.

Jeśli lekarz wykluczył podczas badania USG oraz ginekologicznego inne przyczyny bólu jajników, to faktycznie - może on wynikać ze zmiany tabletek.
W swojej praktyce spotkałam się z tym, że pacjentki zgłaszają bóle jajników podczas zmiany tabletek. Zwykle normują się one po około 3 miesiącach przyjmowania leku, jednak jeśli są dokuczliwe - wskazany jest kontakt z lekarzem.
