Oba leki - Tiocolis i Baclofen - mają podobne działanie. Tiocolis zwiotcza mięśnie, a Baclofen je rozluźnia.
Jeśli lekarz widzi potrzebę jednoczesnego stosowania obu leków, to mogą być one zażywane jednocześnie, ale tylko w takiej kombinacji (kolejności), jak wynika z jego zaleceń i ściśle pod jego nadzorem.
