After logging in to your Online Patient Account in the "Permissions" section, under the "Grant access" button, you can choose options for providing your e-prescriptions and e-referrals to a medical facility or medical employee, and to a pharmacy or pharmacy point your e-prescriptions and information about prescription drugs. You can select or not the three options described as follows: 1. A specific person who is a medical professional (pharmacist, doctor, dentist, nurse, midwife,) will have access to your medical records from the treatment period of your choice. 2. All employees of a specific medical facility (hospital, clinic, clinic) will have access to your medical records from the treatment period of your choice. 3. All employees of a specific pharmacy/pharmacy point will have access to your medical records from the treatment period of your choice. As far as I can see, these options are unchecked (inactive) by default. Please log in to your IKP and check how it looks in your case. You can read about e-prescriptions and their implementation in our study: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/blog/jak-zrealizowac-e-recepte-w-aptece
