Can Zentel be used to treat flukes at a dose of 2x400 mg for 28 days?
Good morning. I was prescribed Zentel 400 mg twice a day for 28 days, for a total of 800 mg of albendazole per day. The treatment was recommended for suspected flukes based on a medical history, without confirmation of the species of the parasite in studies. Is such a scheme common and safe?
