Can Femoston cause spotting and bloody discharge?

There was no period for 1 year. The gynecologist prescribed femoston 2/10. After 7 days of taking one day, there was a bloody discharge. Now 14 days of taking it have passed, croayanous discharge has appeared again. What can it be?

These symptoms may be a side effect of Femoston. Disorders
menstruation (including postmenopausal spotting, acyclic menstruation with prolonged bleeding, heavy haemorrhagic periods, too thin or absent menstruation, irregular menstrual periods, dysmenstrual periods), pelvic pain and vaginal discharge are common side effects reported by patients taking this medicine. If bleeding or spotting occurs later or persists after stopping treatment, diagnostics should be carried out to determine the cause of bleeding and rule out endometrial cancer.
