MSM (methylsulfonylmethane) is a supplement used as an adjunct to joint ailments and can relieve pain and stiffness in some patients. However, in your situation, due to numerous comorbidities, I recommend caution.
There are no clear contraindications to the use of MSM in diabetes, hypertension or asthma, but safety data on long-term use and in people with multimorbidity are limited. Some sources indicate that MSM may affect glucose metabolism and blood clotting. This can theoretically modify the effect of antidiabetic or anticoagulant drugs (if you take them for hypertension or prophylactically).
Particular care should be taken after oncological treatment (mastectomy), as dietary supplements may interact or affect the body in ways that are not entirely predictable. If you are taking hormonal medications (e.g. tamoxifen or aromatase inhibitors) as part of your mastectomy treatment, any supplementation must be approved by an oncologist.
Before you start supplementation, it is worth consulting your doctor, who knows your full medical history and current treatment. If your doctor agrees, start with small doses and observe your body.
If you are not able to use a stationary visit, I attach a link to the online teleconsultation:
