Zentel dosage:

"Pinworms, ankylostomatosis, necatoriosis, roundworm, trichurosis:

400 mg albendazole (one tablet), given once.

Strongyloidosis, tapeworm:

In cases of suspected or confirmed intestinal nematode or tapeworm infection, 400 mg of albendazole (one tablet) is administered to adults once daily for three consecutive days."

The drug should not be used for 10 days in a row unless otherwise directed by your doctor. If the symptoms do not disappear after treatment, the treatment should be repeated after 3 weeks.

I encourage you to consult the problem with your doctor.
