Will Simural work for intimate E.Coli infection?
Does Symural also help with ecoli bacteria in the vagina. I got this antibiotic from the gynecologist but in addition to bacteria in the urine, the culture showed bacteria in the vagina. Will two doses of Simural be effective for these two sites. And whether the use of Pimafucin globules can help me with burning after antibiotics. Thank you for your reply.

Simulral is indicated for the treatment of urinary tract infections (including E.Coli bacteria) due to its mechanism of action and its excretion into the urine unchanged, which guarantees its effectiveness. In the event of simultaneous infection of the genital tract, it may be necessary to use additional vaginal antibacterial drugs. Globules containing antibiotics are available by prescription, so a medical consultation will be necessary. Pimafucin globules should not be used without the recommendation of a gynaecologist unless they have been included in the entire treatment including Simunal.
