No, do not rinse the emulsion. According to the manufacturer's information:

Before use, wash the treated areas with an emulsion for special care of hypersensitive and delicate facial skin. Then apply a thin layer of Rozex emulsion to the affected areas. The drug should be applied to the skin twice a day (morning and evening). After its application, you can only apply cosmetics to the skin that do not cause blackheads and do not have an astringent effect.
