Cavinton Forte, whose active ingredient is vinpocetine, is not a typical blood thinner, such as anticoagulants or antiplatelet drugs. However, Vinpocetine acts on cerebral circulation by dilating blood vessels and improving blood flow in the brain. In addition, it inhibits platelet aggregation and reduces pathologically increased blood viscosity, which may have an indirect effect on improving blood fluidity, but it is not a classic blood thinner.

In practice, this means that Cavinton Forte can support microcirculation and reduce the risk of plaque clumping, but it is not a replacement for anticoagulants and should not be used as an alternative without medical consultation.
