Hello, I have a similar problem, the spray on the expiration date (until June 2027, used maybe 20 times) doesn't work😔 either.

If the Ryaltris dispenser malfunctions, you should report the problem to the Provincial Pharmaceutical Inspectorate (WIF). These reports should be addressed directly to the WIF, as it is this body that is responsible for handling matters related to the quality of medicines1. In addition, it is worth contacting the pharmacy where you purchased the drug for further guidance or assistance with a complaint.
