Hello, can I combine aspargin or magnesium citrate with pradaxa anticoagulants?. I read somewhere that it is not recommended to combine them.

Generally, magnesium supplements such as Aspargin or magnesium citrate do not have direct interactions with Pradaxa (dabigatran). It is worth keeping a break of a few hours between their use, at least 2-3 hours.
I also encourage you to inform your attending physician about all the medications and dietary supplements you use, which will allow you to choose safe and effective pharmacotherapy. Only a doctor can assess whether the combination of these drugs is safe and appropriate for your current clinical condition.
