To @Joanna:
The payment for the senior citizen results from the disease entity specified by the doctor. If the doctor determines the reimbursed unit and prescribes the drug with a discount, additionally attaching the "S" authorization, the drug will be dispensed from the pharmacy free of charge.
However, if the doctor determines the payment of 100% (i.e. outside the reimbursement indications) and indicates (or not) the S entitlement, the drug will be dispensed from the pharmacy at full cost.
And should the senior pay 100% or 0 PLN?

The indication "Schizophrenia; Bipolar Disorder" concerns the possibility of prescribing a drug on a lump sum. This is a reimbursement indication for Ketrel.
If the drug is recommended for another indication, it should be issued with full payment (100%).
If you are unsure whether you have paid for Ketrel, consult your prescribing doctor again.
