The maximum recommended dose of Prenessy (perindopril) is 8 mg per day.
If your blood pressure remains high (145 mmHg and higher), you may consider adding another medication, such as a diuretic (such as indapamide) or a calcium channel blocker (such as amlodipine). However, such changes should be made after consultation with the attending physician who is familiar with your health condition and blood pressure values in detail.
