Due to a medical error I was given a vial of Denosumab of 120 instead of 60 every six months, now when do you suggest that I resume regular treatment according to the PT on January 1, 2025?
Thank you

The manufacturer of Prolia does not tell you what to do if you are given twice the dose. In this situation, it is best to consult the doctor who recommended the use of this drug and inform him or her how long you have been taking the higher dose.
Higher doses of denosumab (120 mg) are used for different indications and dosing regimens than the 60 mg dose in Prolia.
