Can I drink alcohol with Evra contraception? Does drinking alcohol, e.g. once a week in larger quantities, affect effectiveness?

No, it is not recommended that you drink alcohol while taking Ospen (an antibiotic containing penicillin). Alcohol may affect the way this medicine works and increase the risk of side effects such as nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea and other side effects.
