How to dose Biltricide?

Good morning I found after much research in the pharmacy in Vatican City both Yomesan 500mg 4cpr and alternatively less expensive Biltricide 600mg 6CPR. Now I would like to ask against taenia how many Biltricide tablets should I take? Thank you

Biltricide should be used according to the instructions given to you by your doctor.
According to the package leaflet, the recommended dosage for the treatment of schistosomiasis is 20 mg/kg body weight administered orally three times a day with an interval of 4 to 6 hours, for 1 day only. The recommended dosage for the treatment of clonorchosis and flukes is 25 mg/kg body weight, administered orally three times a day with an interval of 4 to 6 hours, for 1 day only.
